ABOUT DR. WONG

Born and raised in Hong Kong, Dr. Pindy Wong began her professional education at the age of nine when her grandfather, a noted doctor of traditional Chinese medicine, called upon her to enter the family profession as his apprentice.

While working with her grandfather, Dr. Wong participated in a series of twelve apprenticeships with Chinese doctors in different parts of China and Hong Kong.

Dr. Wong is a graduate of the Guangxi College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in China and holds a doctorate degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine (Ph.D.), a fellowship in Orthopedics and Traumatology, and a doctor degree in Oriental Medicine (O.M.D.).

Dr. Wong is a state-licensed acupuncturist (AC5584) and has been practicing in Almond Grove at the current Petaluma location since 1995.
